We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our part-time kitchen porter / pot washers teams across multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required.
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential.
