We are seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our full-time kitchen teams across multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs, kitchen assistants, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with stock control, deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and support the team during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cook or chef is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
  • A genuine interest in food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
