We are seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our full-time kitchen teams across multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs, kitchen assistants, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow health and safety procedures and support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements
