We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Financial Services – Marketing Transformation) to support Our Client's PPCR (Public Policy & Corporate Responsibility) unit. This role will focus on managing the Content Supply Chain project within the Martech workstream of Client's Marketing Transformation program. The Project Manager will oversee the rollout of Adobe Asset (by August 2025) and Adobe Workfront (late 2025 or early 2026), ensuring both the delivery of a technical solution and the establishment of a new operating model. This is a 13-month engagement with an immediate start date, offering flexibility for subcontract or permanent employment structures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Content Supply Chain project within Client's Martech workstream.
- Manage a 12–14 person SI team (Capgemini and Frog resources).
- Deliver both technology implementation and operating model transformation.
- Oversee stakeholder management and cross-team alignment across PPCR Marketing units.
- Maintain and update RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies).
- Drive backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, bi-weekly sprints, and stakeholder demos.
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to execute Client's convergence strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale Martech or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in Agile methodology, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor teams (including SI partners).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in complex financial services environments.
- Experience delivering both technology rollouts and business operating model changes.
