Hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (must‑have). Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and audience activation. Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization. Background in data‑driven marketing and real‑time engagement platforms. Ability to translate business/marketing needs into technical execution. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams.
