THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING FROM OUR OFFICE IN HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HERTS. We’re not looking for someone to “manage projects”. We’re looking for someone who can walk into a growing business, identify operational inefficiencies, rebuild broken processes, implement systems properly, automate wherever possible, and create structure that actually works. This is a hands-on transformation role.

You’ll be working across:

  • Operational process redesign
  • CRM & workflow implementation
  • Automation & integrations
  • Time tracking / payroll / project costing alignment
  • Digital transformation across field & office teams
  • Building systems from scratch for our new solar division

We are a well-established asbestos business entering a major growth and modernisation phase, while simultaneously launching a new renewable energy division. This role is for builders. Not observers. Not “idea people”. Not endless meetings and PowerPoints.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Diagnose problems
  • Design solutions
  • Implement them yourself
  • Drive adoption across the business

If you’ve previously:

  • scaled operational systems
  • streamlined messy businesses
  • implemented CRM/workflow platforms
  • built automations
  • connected systems via APIs
  • and genuinely enjoy fixing operational chaos…

…we want to hear from you.
