About us: We power journey-led growth for e-commerce brands. The result is smarter performance - improved conversion without inflated acquisition costs, and deeper loyalty through better experience. We bring deep accountability, boutique agility and enterprise delivery.

The role: As Shopify Implementation Lead, you’ll own how our Shopify solutions are defined with clients, configured, implemented, and launched. This is a hands-on, non-development role focused on execution, turning designs and business requirements into high-quality, launch-ready storefronts. You’ll take full ownership of everything outside of core development: from client consultancy and scoping through to configuration, app integrations, data migration, and leading clients through user testing and release management. You’ll ensure every build is fully validated and ready for launch. You’re detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable operating at pace, able to manage complexity, solve problems, and maintain quality across multiple projects. You’ll also act as a trusted partner to clients, providing solution guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring delivery stays aligned to scope and commercial outcomes. Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in improving how we implement Shopify, raising standards, strengthening quality, and helping shape best-in-class solution delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Shopify setup (themes, products, collections, payments, shipping, tax).
  • Configure storefronts aligned to designs and functional requirements.
  • Lead solutioning in discovery - recommending optimal configurations and apps.
  • Install, configure, and validate Shopify apps and integrations.
  • Own data migration (products, customers, orders) including validation and QA.
  • Lead end-to-end QA and UAT across builds and integrations.
  • Identify and resolve defects with developers.
  • Own theme publishing, release management, and launch execution.
  • Coordinate with PMs and developers to ensure smooth delivery and go-live.
  • Support client training, documentation, and post-launch enablement.

About you:

  • 2–3+ years delivering Shopify/eCommerce builds (agency or similar).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify setup, apps, and ecosystem.
  • Experience with data migration, product structures, and tools like Matrixify.
  • Familiar with tools like Klaviyo, GA4.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (non-dev level).
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is a bonus.

What we offer:

  • Hybrid Setup: Attendance in Bath/UK wide for client meetings/industry events/pitches as required.
  • Pension (matched up to 3%).
  • Christmas shut down (3 working days between Boxing Day and New Years Day).
  • Annual Birthday leave.
  • Mental health leave days (2 per annum).
  • Private medical, income protection & life insurance.
  • Critical Illness Cover (optional).
  • Dental (optional).
  • A Range of perks/high street discounts via our benefits partner Zhoosh.
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
