We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale The ECom Growth Vault™ — a premium system designed to help eCommerce founders and aspiring entrepreneurs build and scale online businesses.

About the Role

This role is performance-based — ideal for someone confident in their ability to generate qualified leads who are ready to speak and buy.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying eCommerce founders, digital product creators, or aspiring business owners.
  • Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms to generate interest.
  • Handing off qualified leads that are ready to be closed.

Compensation Structure

You get paid per qualified lead that closes (each verified sale). Once you’ve successfully generated 30 closed leads, you’ll transition to a monthly retainer + performance bonus model. Base retainer amount is open for discussion depending on consistency and lead quality. We reward results — not hours worked. If you can deliver consistent, high-quality leads that convert, this role can grow into a long-term, well-paid partnership.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in cold outreach, B2B or B2C lead generation.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media platforms or other prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication and persistence.
  • Bonus: experience in the eCommerce, digital product, or online business niche.
