Our client, a South East London Construction Main Contractor, currently seeks an experienced Handyman to carry out maintenance aftercare in the South West London areas of Acton, Vauxhall, and Battersea. The work itself involves fixing issues that have arisen in tenants' properties in recently built developments.
It is essential that you have a van/vehicle, hold a CSCS card, and can provide recent work references for similar work undertaken.
Duties will include:
- Decorating
- Making good to defected areas
- Sticking doors
- Tape and jointing cracks
- Replacing locks
- All other associated tasks as instructed
This is an immediate start commencing after the interview process.
