Responsibilities:
- Direction and supervision of day-to-day operations on site to ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the specified requirements and quality standards and to the specified project programme.
- Liaising with the client ensuring that positive relations are maintained.
- Maintain Health & Safety control procedures in accordance with the Company policy.
- Willingness to have a hands-on approach to the installation of fire doors and fire door remedials if required.
- Ensure all works are signed-off to a high standard.
- Ensure precise and secure installations to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Experienced Fire Stopper with a proven track record in fire protection industry.
- Surveying, auditing and reporting.
- Able to travel.
- Good communication.
- At least 2 years' experience (required).
- Exceptional customer service and client/tenant facing.
- Polite and great work ethics.
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS Card (required).
- DBS Certificate (required).
- NVQ Level 2 in Firestopping (required).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
