Project Highlight: Hyper-growth AI SaaS Revolution

Salary & Benefits: €120K – €250K + Generous Equity package

What's the project? Imagine an AI platform designed specifically to give small and medium-sized businesses their time back. We’re talking about an intelligent voice agent suite that takes over handling every incoming call automatically, ensuring SMBs never miss an opportunity again while focusing on the work they actually love. The company behind this is writing one of Europe's wilder growth stories: hitting $9M+ ARR and 10,000+ customers in under a year. Voice tech is just the start—the ultimate mission is building a fully automated, all-in-one AI suite for local businesses. Expect a culture that lives and breathes true ownership: no corporate politics, minimal meetings, direct feedback, and zero hand-holding. You’ll be building alongside a sharp, deeply ambitious team.

And your role in this? As the Head of Growth, you will sit right at the dynamic intersection of Marketing and Product. You'll act as the strategic architect steering the global marketing vision and taking full ownership of everything driving the customer funnel, from brand and demand generation to website performance and onboarding flows. Because over 90% of revenue flows through this funnel, your work directly translates to the company's trajectory, working hand-in-hand with the CEO.

More specifically, you will:

  • Direct the global marketing strategy and take full P&L accountability for a 7-figure monthly budget.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives, including brand management, demand generation, product marketing, website optimization, and onboarding flows.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class team of marketing leaders and experts across key regions.
  • Define company-wide growth KPIs and collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive revenue targets.

Ok, what should you bring? Here is the profile we are hunting for (the absolute essential ingredients, plus a few extra spices that make you stand out)!

  • Proven Leadership: Experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams of marketing professionals.
  • Scale-up Track Record: Prior experience steering global Marketing/Growth in a leadership role within a high-growth environment (ideally within the AI sector).
  • Budget Mastery: Comfortable managing and allocating a multi-million euro (7-figure) monthly budget with clear ROI metrics.
  • SaaS Expertise: In-house experience at a fast-moving B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS startup.
  • Global Perspective: Experience leading cross-border teams and executing multi-market growth strategies.

Is that it? Not quite! Let's talk real talk about the vibes, targets, and what to expect. This isn't your average 9-to-5 cozy management job, it's a high-impact challenge. You'll be managing significant budget targets with a sharp focus on scaling revenue at speed. The vibe is high-intensity, high-reward, and zero-fluff.

Compensation & Package:

  • Base Salary: €120,000 – €250,000 gross per year
  • Equity: Substantial equity allocation to share in the upside
  • Relocation: Complete relocation package provided if you choose Vienna as your home base
