We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team covering the UK and Benelux markets. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop outbound strategies to engage decision‑makers at target companies
  • Use buyer intent tools and prospect research to craft tailored outreach
  • Identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or similar quota‑carrying role
  • Background in SaaS or software sales preferred
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills
  • Confident in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and outreach tools is a plus
