The Role & Your Impact

  • Position 1: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you will be the engine driving the initial UK market growth.

  • Fuel the Pipeline: Reach out to warm inbound leads, trial users, and targeted prospects to introduce the AI assistant. It’s high energy, fast-paced, and highly rewarding.
  • Master the Spark: Engage directly with decision-makers, handle objections smoothly, and qualify their business needs to see if they are a perfect fit.
  • Book the Win: Your main mission is to pack our Account Executives' calendars with high-quality discovery calls and product demos.
  • Revenue Driver: Fill your calendar with outbound activities shortly after onboarding and hit a steady rhythm with your meeting-set targets.
  • Position 2: Account Executive (AE)

As an Account Executive, you will focus on engaging directly with interested leads to drive revenue.

  • Own the Close: Run a high volume of daily product demos to UK SMEs and service businesses. It’s high energy, fast-paced, and highly rewarding.
  • Convert the Pipeline: Work with a mix of warm inbound leads and users who have already tested the product, guiding them smoothly from a demo to a closed deal.
  • Master Short-Cycle Sales: Focus on high-volume, quick-turnover deals where you can see the results of your work instantly.
  • Revenue Driver: Fill your calendar with discovery calls shortly after onboarding and hit a steady rhythm with your revenue targets.

What You Should Bring

  • Must-Have:
  • Experience (SDR): Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or high-volume commercial environments (like B2B services or telemarketing).
  • Experience (AE): 2+ years of sales experience, corporate closing experience, or high-volume commercial environments (like B2B services, transactional sales, or SaaS).
  • Languages: Native-level English is an absolute must.
  • Execution Mindset: You prefer picking up the phone and taking action over getting stuck in endless "planning about planning" meetings.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Product Familiarity: You aren't afraid of tech. You can easily grasp how the AI assistant helps a business and explain it simply to customers.
