Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Receptionist / Front of house with additional administration experience. The person will be independent and self-sufficient and able to operate on their own within a reception environment. Additional general administration, HR support, facilities/office administration will form part of the wider responsibilities.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Manage the front of house/reception at head office
- Be involved with supporting facilities management with additional ordering/admin
- Deal with post both outgoing and incoming as well as general department support
- Order office supplies as and when required with appropriate authorisations
