Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Coordinator. Ideally you will have experience supporting field based engineers but please apply if you think your experience is similar as other sectors will be considered.

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Speak with customers to log breakdowns and keep the system and customer fully up to date
  • Raise and resolve queries with customers, engineers and management
  • Create and update systems records while helping to organise and prioritise engineer workload
  • Provide timely and accurate reports for business analysis
