Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Depot Manager. Ideally you will have experience in Materials Handling as this is a key driver for the recruitment campaign. You will need the ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams which include Service, STR and Parts for your region. You will need to be proficient with P & L and budgets and have the ability to inspire staff as well as plan strategy.
As a Depot Manager, you will:
- Manage a large field based engineering resource
- Manage an internal office function for parts, service and rental
- Own and develop P and L and budgets
- Maintain and develop a good team working environment
