Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Delivery Manager. This role is predominantly to collaborate and align process for a number of key functions as well as a number of key projects throughout the group. General streamlining is required but they also have some duplication caused by new systems as well as the amalgamation of a number of new businesses who are now part of the group.
As a Change Delivery Manager you will:
- Investigate the business and functions, understand targets and plan how to achieve them
- Implement process improvements to eliminate errors, duplication and enable correct information flows
- Work on projects to a time frame while reporting on progress
- Document new processes and roll out across the department and business
