Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced forklift engineer with materials handling experience. Ideally you will have worked across the range of forklift trucks including gas, diesel and electric power and to include counterbalance, reach, power pallet and similar warehouse products.
As a Forklift Engineer, you will:
- Be the face of the business and represent the brand
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Be site based to offer engineering support
- Carry out diagnostics, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs as well as servicing
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar forklift engineer role
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
