Responsibilities:
- Cold call clients to secure business and build long‑term relationships.
- Schedule meetings via video and in person.
- Source candidates using advanced search techniques across a range of platforms for the digital sector.
- Qualify candidates through effective questioning techniques.
- Match candidates and clients by developing relationships and understanding the needs of both.
- Negotiate, influence, and persuade to achieve the best outcome.
- Write compelling sales copy and understand the basics of content marketing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong desire to work in recruitment if lacking prior sales experience.
- Full training with one of the industry's best trainers will be provided.
