We are recruiting for recruitment consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call clients to secure business and build long‑term relationships.
  • Schedule meetings via video and in person.
  • Source candidates using advanced search techniques across a range of platforms for the digital sector.
  • Qualify candidates through effective questioning techniques.
  • Match candidates and clients by developing relationships and understanding the needs of both.
  • Negotiate, influence, and persuade to achieve the best outcome.
  • Write compelling sales copy and understand the basics of content marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong desire to work in recruitment if lacking prior sales experience.
  • Full training with one of the industry's best trainers will be provided.
