Our client, a fast growing beauty start-up, is looking for a strong Social Media Manager to join the team.

The role needs someone with strong experience across organic social media, and you should be able to create content across all social media platforms, including short-form videos and graphics. You will be a story-teller and be responsible for the content calendar across all social media channels including META, TikTok and YouTube.

It will be based in a London office on a hybrid basis each week, and paying up to £50k, plus additional benefits, depending on experience.

You will have strategy experience and be able to create engaging social media campaigns. You will need to provide a strong portfolio of work with your application.

The ideal person will also be responsible for Community Management and creating a strong community for the brand. You will also be data-driven and be able to produce insights into campaign performance, with an ability to change the social media strategy based on analytics.

The ideal person should have experience working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools, with an exceptional attention to detail.

You must be able to work well in a start-up environment, with ever-changing needs and demands. You will have proven experience of being able to grow performance channels and be highly proactive in nature. You will have the ability to work with senior stakeholders and c-suite.
