We’re looking for a hands-on Senior CRM Manager to own the customer conversion journey for a fast-growing business with ambitious scaling plans.

In this individual contributor role, you’ll take ownership of key conversion metrics, optimising the customer journey from trial through to paid subscription and first value.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you’ll design, test, and refine in-app experiences, lifecycle communications, and activation strategies that drive measurable growth.

You’ll use product analytics tools to uncover insights, identify friction points, and turn data into actions that improve conversion and retention.

You’ll also shape lifecycle marketing across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications using marketing automation platforms, while running a continuous programme of experimentation.

We’re seeking someone with experience in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or a similar Saa S or subscription-based environment who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results.

You’ll be analytical, commercially minded, comfortable with data (including SQL or a willingness to learn), and confident translating insights into customer-focused improvements.

Experience with lifecycle automation platforms, product-led growth, B2B Saa S, or subscription businesses will be highly advantageous, as will the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, own meaningful KPIs, and help scale an established product through its next phase of growth, we’d love to hear from you.
