Are you looking for a new role? Ready to take ownership of CRM and retention strategy and shape how a growing business engages and keeps its customers? My client is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead customer retention, lifecycle marketing and proposition development across a core product offering. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, customer-focused marketer to drive engagement, repeat usage and long-term loyalty during a period of continued growth.
You’ll be responsible for building and delivering a customer-centric retention strategy, managing end-to-end CRM activity across email, SMS, app and other key channels. Working closely with product, digital, data and compliance teams, you’ll ensure customers receive relevant, timely and value-led communications that enhance their experience and maximise lifetime value.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping the wider retention proposition, introducing new features, benefits and journeys that strengthen customer loyalty and differentiate the brand. Alongside this, you’ll own lifecycle planning and execution, from onboarding and activation through to re-engagement and loyalty.
You’ll use customer insight, segmentation and behavioural data to continuously optimise performance, identify churn drivers and unlock new growth opportunities. Collaboration will be central to the role, particularly working closely with IT, product and customer teams to improve journeys, resolve pain points and ensure delivery is seamless.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM and retention marketing, with a solid understanding of lifecycle strategy, segmentation and campaign execution. You’ll be confident working with data and translating insight into action, as well as managing stakeholders across multiple teams. Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, payments or travel would be beneficial, alongside an understanding of compliance and data requirements. A commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a passion for improving customer experience will be key to success in this role.
