Our client, a health and wellness business, is looking for a proactive Senior CRM Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of personalized campaigns, from development through to execution, across a campaign lifecycle that builds dialogue with customers. You will also support the Head of CRM with all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
To be considered, you should have experience working in an email/digital marketing role within an ecommerce business and have experience in implementing and managing targeted, data-driven campaigns.
