My client is looking for a brand-new Senior CRM Executive to join their well-established Digital Marketing team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, offering a hybrid model of working and direct routes for progression. They are a household name within British Heritage fashion, based in the heart of London.
You will manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails and build on the current email strategy to develop increasingly personalised and automated marketing programmes. You will work with the in-house studio team to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring deadlines are hit.
You will adopt best practice techniques to brief, proof, build and commission campaigns within the email platform. You will analyse and segment different audiences within their email database to better target communications and engagement levels.
You will have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience with strong analytical and commercial understanding. You will have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. You will have an enthusiastic and energetic work ethic, with excellent attention to detail.
