Our client, a leading Entertainment group, is looking for a strong Senior CRM Executive to join their team in London. The role will be based in the office 2 days a week and working from home for 3. It is paying up to £35k, depending on experience and in addition to benefits.

The role requires someone to have experience with retention campaign experience across email, push notifications and SMS.

You will have strong stakeholder management experience and you will be able to set up and execute key CRM campaigns. You will also have experience using Google Analytics and be able to provide insights and reports on campaigns.

The ideal person will also be responsible for A/B testing and email optimisation.

You will be able to multitask and work well within a team, and a fast paced environment with ever changing tasks.
