Blu Digital is seeking a Digital Trading Manager to lead the commercial performance of its ecommerce channel and drive a programme of digital growth. This part-time role (2 days/week) is based in Hertfordshire and focuses on revenue, conversion, profitability and customer engagement.

You will own the online trading strategy, run the trading calendar, and collaborate across marketing, merchandising, tech and analytics to optimise journeys and tests, delivering impactful commercial insights.
