Are you a commercially minded Merchandiser with a passion for product, performance and data-led decision making? We’re looking for an analytical and proactive Merchandiser to join a fast-paced retail business, based at a UK head office, working closely with product, design, finance and wider cross-functional teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a compelling product proposition while driving sales, margin and stock efficiency. As Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and trading the product range to meet customer expectations and deliver against financial budgets.
You’ll own assortment and category planning, using historical data, current performance and future trends to build robust strategies. You’ll also take ownership of stock management, overseeing purchase orders, intake and delivery schedules, and working closely with suppliers, freight partners and the warehouse team to ensure smooth execution.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience in a Merchandiser position within retail, with strong numerical and organisational skills. You’ll be highly competent in Excel, confident using merchandising and purchase order systems, and comfortable working with forecasting tools.
