I'm working exclusively with an amazing beauty scale-up on a meteoric growth trajectory to find them a Marketing Manager to develop the trade marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing channel-specific marketing plans and promotional activities for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with the sales team.
You will create partner-specific marketing programs, work with the direct-to-consumer department to enhance customer loyalty and acquisition efforts, and monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize future results. Additionally, you will plan and execute trade promotions and incentive programs, analyse their effectiveness, manage the budget efficiently, and provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
