Marketing and Growth Director - Up to £130,000 - Health and Wellness

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Director to lead brand development, omnichannel marketing and commercial growth across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands. The role will shape and deliver growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability and long-term brand value across Amazon, direct-to-consumer, TikTok Shop and retail channels. Working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams, you will translate business targets into actionable brand plans with clear objectives, budgets and performance measures.

You will lead brand strategy, positioning, relaunches and integrated campaigns, ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial results. You will drive expansion across emerging and established channels, develop retail distribution strategies, manage key partners and build strong routes to market. The role will oversee marketing teams, agencies and cross-functional relationships, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance. You will monitor brand P&Ls, forecasts and campaign performance, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions to achieve growth and profitability targets. You will also support innovation and product development, establish effective operating processes and embed AI tools to improve marketing and commercial efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience across Tiktok, Performance Marketing, Social Media, CRM, Brand, Product Marketing and online & offline.
