Our client is currently recruiting for a Loyalty Manager to join their expanding client\’s digital team. This role will be key in delivering and optimising our client\’s loyalty programme — managing campaigns, promotions, and communications to boost engagement, grow member revenue, and support a major relaunch as we migrate to a new platform. You\’ll work cross-functionally with CRM, eCommerce, retail, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences.

We\’re looking for someone who brings strong project management skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for building customer relationships.

You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. If you\’re results-driven, collaborative, and ready to bring fresh thinking to a brand with purpose, we\’d love to hear from you.
