My client, a rapidly growing Beauty brand has an amazing opportunity for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their team at a pivotal time of change and expansion.
You will be overseeing the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring product pages are set up and maintained, and curating general site content. Additionally, there's a focus on planning, briefing, and executing global and regional campaigns across various marketing channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely execution.
You will work closely with supply chain teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely delivery of orders along with developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals, optimising user experience, analysing performance metrics, managing budgets effectively, and fostering cross-functional collaboration are also key responsibilities.
You will have a proven track record in senior e-commerce roles, preferably with experience outside of the UK and US. Shopify experience is advantageous, but not mandatory. Strong commercial and trade experience, proficiency in digital platforms and analytics tools, hands-on operational experience in managing e-commerce platforms, team management skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
You will demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channel strategies.
