Are you looking for a new role within CRM? Are you ready to take the next steps in your CRM career? My client is looking for a CRM executive to join their team 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Create emails, briefings, and engaging email communications with support from design and marketing teams.
- Draft concise, focused copy suitable for email (subject lines, body copy etc.) and ensure our tone of voice is consistent.
- Work with the digital team and the CRM Manager to ensure emails are customer-centric with clear journeys.
- Manage the creation of landing pages or content pages as needed.
- Propose new or creative testing initiatives to increase customer engagement.
- Implement test & learning methodology and iterate on the testing plan.
- Look to automate emails where possible and build out a CRM email plan that drives customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention.
- Manage the customer database in Ometria, understanding the database and utilising Ometria’s features.
