Our well-known health and wellbeing client is currently going through an exciting digital transformation and looking to recruit their first Scrum Master paying up to £67,900 with one day in the office and the other four days working from home.
You will be an expert in scrum and other agile methodologies who teaches, implements, and adheres to scrum values and rituals. You will be responsible for driving delivery within the digital team, allocated to up to two squads. You will ensure each squad is working as an effective scrum unit with all team members working together to deliver high quality iterative output.
As the Scrum Master, you will monitor how the team is working and coach/support them to improve. You will track and communicate the team’s velocity. You will support the digital squads in becoming more T-shaped to improve their velocity further. You will chair several agile rituals including sprint reviews/retrospectives.
To be considered, you will show demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in the Scrum Master discipline. You will also have proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change. You will have evidence of being able to embed scrum values and practices in an organisation that has previously worked in waterfall.
