Are you looking for a new role? Ready to take ownership of performance marketing and play a key part in scaling a fast-growing business? My client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of multi-channel performance activity across paid social and paid search, with the opportunity to expand into CRM, CRO and affiliate marketing as the business continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, data-driven marketer to make a real impact during a period of rapid growth.

You will be responsible for running and refining performance campaigns across Meta and paid search, managing testing roadmaps, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across the funnel. Working closely with creative, analytics and product teams, you will help ensure campaigns reach the right audiences at the right time, while scaling what works and learning quickly from what doesn’t. You will also support or take ownership of CRM activity, contribute to conversion optimisation initiatives and help manage significant media budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, with strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. A passion for experimentation, a solid analytical mindset and the ability to turn insight into action are essential. Experience working with large budgets, CRM platforms or ecommerce businesses is highly desirable, while exposure to US markets would be an advantage but not essential.
