Are you looking for a new role? Ready to take ownership of international acquisition and play a key role in scaling performance across multiple markets? My client is seeking an Acquisition Manager to drive customer growth across EU and wider international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, data-driven marketer to lead acquisition activity across paid social, paid search, affiliates, SEO and Amazon, supporting both direct-to-consumer and marketplace growth during a period of international expansion.
You will be responsible for planning, launching and optimising acquisition campaigns across multiple regions, managing always-on activity alongside key trading moments. Working closely with external agencies and internal teams across creative, brand, social, influencer and Amazon, you will ensure campaigns are localised, insight-led and aligned to commercial goals.
You will also lead creative briefing, performance analysis and reporting, using data to refine targeting, creative and bidding strategies while identifying new growth opportunities across channels and markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing paid media and acquisition activity, either in-house or agency-side, with a solid understanding of performance marketing across international markets. Experience with Amazon advertising is highly desirable, but not essential. A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams will be key, along with the ambition to grow and build expertise within a fast-paced, international ecommerce environment.
