Blu Digital (UK & USA) is hiring an Online Content Manager to lead content execution across D2C, B2B, and marketplace channels, including Amazon. The role is based in Yorkshire with an expectation of 1-2 onsite days per month.
Responsibilities
- Own product content across websites and marketplaces, manage product titles and descriptions, source and deploy assets from partner brands, and drive SEO and conversion through thoughtful listing optimization.
- Ensure all product content is accurate, engaging, and optimised to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Digital Trading to ensure listings are delivered on time, fully optimised, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate localisation across UK and EU markets and oversee a small outsourced content support team, while directly handling high-impact or strategic activity yourself.
- Demonstrate strong experience with Amazon content, including A+ content and SEO, and a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and CMS tools.
- Maintain excellent written English, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage large product datasets with precision.
