My client is hiring a TikTok Shop / Marketplace Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the growth of sales and profit across TikTok Shop and eBay. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage daily trading activity, campaigns, and live shopping events, while working closely with marketing, merchandising and external partners to maximise performance.
You’ll take ownership of building the marketplace trading calendar, setting budgets and sales forecasts, and reporting on performance in regular trade meetings. You’ll also lead the planning and execution of TikTok Shop Lives, manage affiliate creator partnerships, and ensure all product content is accurate and optimised. Collaboration with buying, customer service and warehouse teams will be key to making sure KPIs around delivery, stock availability and customer experience are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing TikTok Shop or similar marketplace platforms, with a strong commercial mindset and proven track record of driving sales growth. You’ll be confident analysing data, financially astute, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. A self-starter with a proactive, resilient approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
