Our client is a global leader in digital cross-border value transfer. They are launching digital gift cards and vouchers across 170+ countries worldwide, following successful pilots in key markets. This is a pivotal moment to shape a high-growth, customer-centric global proposition.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Head of Gifting & Vouchering to own our clients global voucher strategy end to end. You will lead supply partnerships, commercial negotiations, merchandising performance, and close collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class gifting experience. This role will drive growth through smart supplier strategy, compelling merchandising, and ROAS-focused marketing alignment.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience from the rewards, vouchering, prepaid, or loyalty sectors, with strong knowledge of global supply ecosystems and aggregator platforms. This is a high-ownership leadership role offering the opportunity to build and scale a global vouchering function with real strategic impact, in a fast-paced, innovative, and purpose-driven environment.
