We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale a high-performing luxury digital business. The role pays circa £90,000 and requires 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability and customer lifetime value. This role requires a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend technical excellence with elevated brand storytelling to deliver a premium online experience.
You will define and execute a best-in-class acquisition strategy, optimising channel performance across paid, organic and partnership ecosystems. Owning the onsite journey, you will enhance conversion through continuous optimisation, data-led testing and exceptional digital merchandising.
You will lead the evolution of CRM and retention strategies, delivering personalised, high-impact customer journeys that drive loyalty and repeat purchase. Overseeing operations and customer experience, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects a seamless, high-quality service standard.
You will play a key role in international expansion, identifying new market opportunities and building scalable, localised ecommerce strategies. Acting as the voice of ecommerce within the leadership team, you will translate performance data into clear commercial actions and strategic direction.
