We are seeking an experienced Head of eCommerce to lead and evolve our clients global digital business within a premium beauty environment. This pivotal leadership role will shape the commercial and customer strategy across all digital touchpoints, driving sustained and profitable growth.

You will take full ownership of the eCommerce ecosystem, spanning direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels across the UK and US. As Head of eCommerce, you will balance commercial performance with a strong understanding of brand equity and elevated customer expectations.
