Are you looking for a new role? Ready to lead a digital product function at the heart of a major transformation and shape end-to-end customer journeys at scale? My client is seeking a Head of Digital Product to take ownership of their digital portfolio during an exciting period of continued change and growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role sits at the centre of the organisation’s digital transformation, with full accountability for website performance across multiple brands and a clear mandate to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer impact.
You’ll lead a cross-functional digital product team, setting a clear product vision and roadmap informed by data, insight, and commercial priorities. Highly customer-centric, you’ll define outcomes, set priorities, and translate business needs into well-structured initiatives that deliver measurable results. Conversion optimisation will be a core focus, alongside shaping the wider digital experience and ensuring platforms are fully optimised to meet key business objectives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, finance, and legal, you’ll act as the bridge between the product function and the wider business. You’ll partner with technology teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs, oversee delivery across multiple websites, and ensure capabilities are delivered on time and to expectation. As a key voice within the digital leadership group, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting your team while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in digital product leadership, with a background in product ownership or management and a proven ability to drive meaningful change. You’ll be highly analytical, outcome-focused, and comfortable using data, research, and testing to inform decisions. Experience in CRO, lead generation, CMS optimisation, and managing complex stakeholder groups will be essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate at senior and C-level. Above all, you’ll be passionate about building great digital products that solve real customer and business problems.
