Our leading food client are currently looking for a Head of Digital and Ecommerce to join their team due to very exciting changes in the business.
As the Head of Ecommerce you will be strategically managing all of the ecommerce activities across brand websites and channels for the brand to deliver best in class customer experience whilst achieving ambitious KPIs. You will oversee management and optimisation of website content and functionality ensuring a seamless customer journey, also oversee all digital marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, CRM and Social Media.
The role has a strong ecommerce focus with strategic management of digital marketing channels such as PPC, remarketing, affiliates, email and SEO and ecommerce trading and merchandising.
The successful candidate must have strong ecommerce experience with a proven track record of building and implementing successful ecommerce strategy, strong analytical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines across multi brands, projects and departments. You will be a self-starter with a proactive approach, a great leader with strong management and communication skills and be happy with change management. You will have strong offline and online marketing experience.
