We are seeking an experienced Head of Online to lead and manage our clients online team for an established luxury brand. You will own and deliver the ecommerce and digital marketing strategy, driving sustainable online growth. Working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, you will report on performance and provide weekly KPI forecasts.
You will develop a compelling content and digital marketing programme in partnership with the Head of Marketing, including CRM and campaign planning. You will be responsible for the full online customer journey, including website user experience, trading and navigation. You will oversee customer service and external agencies to ensure exceptional service and execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong ecommerce and digital marketing experience within luxury fashion or lifestyle, proven P&L management, and a track record of online growth. You will understand the luxury customer and how to deliver a premium, data-driven digital experience.
