Our client, a leading retail brand in Kent, is looking for a strong eCommerce Manager to join their team. The role is a permanent, full-time role and you will be required to attend the office at least 3 days a week with 2 working from home.
You will own the daily trading of the website and be proficient in Google Analytics. You will be responsible for KPI reporting to senior stakeholders.
The ideal person will ensure products are promoted within guidelines, create and manage the digital trading calendar, own customer journey, conversion rate optimisation, provide consistent insight and recommendations and be able to liaise with all stakeholders.
If you also have experience of email marketing and managing agencies for performance then this will make your CV stand out. You will be proactive and commercial in your approach, and be able to work well within a team and also autonomously.
