Based in London (hybrid), this is a hands-on role with strong visibility and progression potential within a scaling business.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, execute the trading calendar across launches and promotional activity, and support retention initiatives to improve repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You’ll also be responsible for weekly reporting and identifying opportunities across customer journeys and site performance.

To be successful, you’ll have ecommerce or DTC experience, ideally within a consumer-focused brand, alongside strong Shopify knowledge and a hands-on approach to trading and optimisation.
