Our client is hiring a Product Director to lead their digital product function across the UK, US, and international markets. This is a key leadership role with full ownership of digital performance, platform delivery and customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for setting the digital direction, managing the roadmap, and leading a skilled in-house team. You’ll work closely with brand, tech, data and commercial teams to improve performance, deliver new features, and build a consistent, user-friendly experience across all touchpoints.

You’ll also lead key agency and platform relationships, oversee digital governance, and make sure digital channels are fit for scale.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience in a senior digital or product role, ideally within a fast-growing consumer or D2C business. You’ll be confident owning end-to-end delivery, experienced in platform management (Shopify preferred), and comfortable working across tech, content, and data.
