We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand, focused on driving growth through paid search and CRM. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will own key performance marketing activity and support the delivery of high-impact digital campaigns.
You will plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns and CRM activity (email and lifecycle marketing) to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion. Using performance data and insights, you'll continuously optimise campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and support junior team members.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital or performance marketing (beauty or FMCG preferred), hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, strong analytical and project management skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
