We are hiring a Digital IT Manager to support the systems that keep our clients' organisation running. The role focuses on building and maintaining digital tools, streamlining workflows, and keeping core platforms compliant and well governed.
You will provide structure, continuity, and day-to-day stability across key areas of the digital estate. You will create and manage tools using low code platforms, oversee configuration and governance across core systems, and support the operational delivery of cross-functional projects.
You will help coordinate security and compliance activity, maintain accurate documentation, manage access and licensing, and provide general infrastructure cover when required.
You will suit this role if you take ownership, communicate clearly, and work well with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with low code development, cloud platforms, and basic security or compliance principles is helpful. Familiarity with common SaaS tools and prior exposure to project delivery is useful but not essential.
