My client is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their fast-growing team. They are a leading luxury retail brand based in Borehamwood offering a hybrid model of working. The salary is up to £60,000 + 8% bonus!
You will be accountable for CRM and Trading analyses and provide insight on UX and services such as Live chat, store delivery, and payment options. You will undertake digital marketing attribution model analysis, both analyzing and providing insight on customer segments, content journeys, and support content strategy, paid media incrementality. This insight will be crucial for them to direct their customer acquisition strategy, improving conversion, bounce rates, AOV, time on site, click-through rates, and engagement.
You will have industry knowledge in online behaviour metrics, digital marketing channel attribution, technology, customer segmentation, and digital trading principles. Alongside a proven ability to interpret and mine disparate, raw data and turn it into actionable insight and executive summaries. You will have a can-do attitude with a proven ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
