My client is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the development and optimisation of customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple markets and channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and customer-focused marketer to deliver impactful CRM activity that drives engagement, repeat behaviour, and lifetime value during a time of significant business growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing automated customer journeys within the CRM platform, overseeing broadcast campaigns, and mentoring a CRM Executive to ensure excellence across all touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, commercial, product, and technical teams, you’ll ensure CRM activity supports wider business goals and contributes to an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll also use data, testing, and insight to refine communications, optimise performance, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement and retention.
