Are you looking for a new role within CRM? Would you consider yourself a Salesforce and Pardot expert? Are you database savvy? My client is a worldwide brand who are based in London. They are looking for a CRM database manager to join their growing team.
This role is initially starting as a 6–12-month contract, 3/4 days per week which can be fully remote, or office based (whatever your preference is). The role itself will be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and optimising my client’s executive database.
Day to day you will be managing large data sets, extracting insights, and developing strategies that enhance customer interactions and enrich the database. You will be collaborating with external agencies to effectively brief, create, build, and send targeted marketing emails while running opt-in campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing organisation, in line with relevant GDPR regulations.
You will also be managing and ensuring the integrity of data residing in various systems, including data cleansing, segmentation, and maintenance to support effective targeting and reporting.
